The common myth that people have with exercise is that Exercise allows humans to live longer because they are healthier, but this only half true. You see throughout the ages we have seen that marathon runners tend to die of a heart attack later in their ages because their heart rate is too slow and the heart is not able to pump enough blood in the body. The other case is that people who have done some form of weigh training have build a significant amount of muscle are able to live healthier and freer. In our Modern day world, the Earth is not like it use to be with the amount of oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in the air we breathe and the nutrients we eat from our foods. In term, our bodies need a certain amount of PH which is how acidic or alkaline our body is in. A person who commonly doesn’t exercise has a more acidic body, unless their diet is perfect. The acidic body produces higher Carbon Dioxide levels in the body which in terms allows the Body to age at a significantly higher rate. The most common way scientist use technology to know how old something is; CARBON DATING. Exercise on the other hand allows the body to be filled up with oxygen while breathing out the Carbon Dioxide. There is one system in our body called the Lympathic system which is not self circulatory. The only way for the Lympathic System to circulate itself is through breathing. Breathing out the Carbon Dioxide and Breathing in the Oxygen.
Back in the older days, there were less people and higher amounts of oxygen to where people did not get sick as much. Common Disease are formed in today's world due to the bodies lack of oxygen and inability to process and utilize it. When the Body starts flushing out the Carbon Dioxide and Begin utilizing Oxygen which is a higher source of air. Virus and Diseases are not able to survive at highly oxygenated places which in terms helps kill off bacteria and cancer. Look at places that are high altitude for example. They require higher ability to utilize oxygen to survive. Many plants, animals are not able to survive there only the fittest can survive due to the lack of oxygen. When a person who is able to survive on an abundance or lack of oxygen where many other things are unable to survive, the bacteria will be killed off in the body.

Working out provides a place of rest and relaxation to finally find peace away from the noise and rewires the brain to be in tune with the body. It helps heal connections in the brain allowing for the brain to become smarter, stronger and clearer in thinking. When the mind is clear then the body can follow what the mind can do.

Our bodies are constantly changing and adapting as we go about life. Our bodies have certain set points with its weight and hormone function, but without exercise the body will tend to fluctuate and hormones can tend to go out of wack. The hormones are what regulate our system to keep an equability called homoestatis. Though in today’s modern world we are not as adapt as our ancestors once were in moving around and gathering resources. We are able to gather resources with a click of a button sometimes which makes us feel lazy and incomplete allowing our set points to reach all time highs due to the environment. Our bodies grow to the environment and what a person is able to tolerate in terms in stress is what their bodies will grow towards. The same is in life where you are where you are in life based on past decisions and actions and what you choose to tolerate in life.
Working out helps realign the hormones in the body and makes it so that the body will have new set points. Hormones are typically regulated by diet and nutrients. Working out heals the body by allowing the nutrients to be absorb into the body based on the food eaten. The reason why so many people get fat and overweight is because they are eating foods that do not have enough nutritional value provided for the amount of calories. In term, they keep on eating and eating food that does not provided energy for them in term making them more and more hungry.
