TRAINING FUNDAMENTALS
Over the next 12 weeks, you will be diving deep into getting into Tip-Top physical condition.
The Course is broken down into three particular sections each with the intended purpose of building off each other as you continue to get more and more in shape.
For the First 4 weeks of training you are focusing on building STAMINA as you build fundamental strength
The next 4 weeks are focused on building STRENGTH getting you into strong
For the Final 4 weeks of training you are focusing on building SPEED; enabling your body to get toned up and looking
Ideal Week:
Monday - Workout A + Walk 8,000 - 10,000 Steps
Tuesday - Walk 8,000 - 10,000 Steps
Wednesday - Workout B + Walk 8,000 - 10,000 Steps
Thursday - Walk 8,000 - 10,000 Steps
Friday - Workout C + Walk 8,000 - 10,000 Steps
Saturday - Abs + Walk 8,000-10,000 Steps
Sunday - Walk 8,000-10,000 Steps
