OBTAIN LIMITLESS ENERGY WITH THESE 7 HABITS
In the world we live in, there are activities that we all choose to do that either give us energy or take energy away. Do you ever remember a time when you are hanging around certain people and being around them sudden starts draining your energy away, while other times the friends you hang out with give you lots of energy and seems to be like a battery. There is always a give or take in this world by doing things that positivity charge you as a person while other activities that drain you as a person.
Life comes down to energy and what you choose to do with the energy. Humans innately have a desire inside of them to do things that are meaningful and productive in life. They are not meant to sit around and play endless amounts of video games or smoke weed day in or day out or work a job that a person genuinely does not love. We as humans are called to live purpose filled lives that generated positive energy and momentum to make things happen.
So what are they keys in having limitless energy?
First it comes down to these 3 Things:
Find a Hobby that keeps you in Shape - Finding time to stay physically active like going to the gym can leave the body hurt, sore, and often times not sustainable in the long term. Doing something that you love to do will make it more enjoyable to continually go and do the physical active in turn keeping you in shape. For a fellow business owner and coach of mine this was Table Tennis. He may be on the heavier end, but his body is able to move around playing table tennis like a ninja or a martial arts practitioner.
Remember how a person looks in not indicative of how they feel about their body or health. A person feels great and loves doing what they are doing lives in a state of flow which keeps the body young and youthful despite the shape.
Find a Hobby that keeps you Creative - Finding time to bring out your creative endeavors keeps the mind sharp and free flowing. A mind that is able to freely flow and express its soul and spirit into another vessel brings peace of mind. Often time, we are forced to color within the lines it takes more energy to follow the rules and brings worry while truly involving oneself into creativity and letting the mind run free gives peace and joy.
For me personally, this is cooking. It helps involve my creative ability because there is not a right or wrong way to cook. There is only a destination and letting the cooking take root step by step. It allows me to try new things and fun to happen. This can be anything from drawing to painting to speaking or thinking. Anything that brings out creativity and lets the mind roam free brings Life.
Find a Hobby that pays you doing what you love to do - All of us have that one thing in life that we love to do. It can range from person to person anywhere from running to racing to speaking to traveling. A person who falls in love with the journey will walk a million miles while a person who focuses on the destination will fail on the first step. Having a passionate hobby that can pay you will allow you to live a life less of desire and want and more of freedom and adventure.
My Uncle since childhood loved traveling and exploring different places. He loved trying out new foods and going around seeking the next adventure. His entire life revolved around that Hobby as he continue to grow up. He became a PILOT able to fly around the world with hundreds of people and visit a 20+ countries every since year. Indulging in the Food and the Culture, he loves his job and will show up to it each and every day without the thought of getting paid for it because he loves what he does. When a person cares less about the Result of the destination and Focuses on the Action or Hobby all things will come freely.
