Waking up early is one of the hardest things to do in Life. It shows willpower if you push yourself to do something uncomfortable. It is so easy sometimes to set an alarm and then the desire to hit snooze is one click away. Waking up puts the body in a proactive mood where the body is ready to do one uncomfortable thing after another eventually leading to doing a lot of uncomfortable things for success.

When a person is uncomfortable they get more driven to get out of the discomfort remembering that Life is a battle. Each day is a fight to grow or to stay the same…

Waking up early is a reflection of what people do in life Most people wake up set goals and have our dreams on what we want in life, but there seems to always be a snooze button…

The button that distracts us and stops us from chasing after our dreams and goals in life. That snooze button can be anything from the beliefs a person hold about what they have, but do not want to go after or it can be the mind holding them back preventing them from taking action because it is uncomfortable.

Either way the habits that reflect what a person does is a reflection of how their life is.

By taking the snooze button away then there is no need to stop the distracts from happening allowing us to Conquer our Mornings and Conquer Life.

Sleep is the most important thing for us as humans, it allows us to process things and brings us energy. When we go to sleep early, our body will feel even more rested, instead of being in a zombified state of needing coffee for energy.  

The fastest way to grow is by yourself. Knowing what you want to taking action to get there is the quickest way to grow. There is no other person with distractions bugging you with this or that. It’s you and maybe a group of friends that have similar goals in life.

Waking up in the morning, it’s quiet and there is no noise, what excuses will be there with what you CHOOSE to do in the morning. It’s all up to you and what you decide you want to spend the extra time on!

The best way to fix waking up late is to replace it by going to bed earlier. When a person goes to bed earlier the are more likely to wake up earlier allowing it to be more natural.

Procrastination is the biggest issue in life and 99% of problems come down to taking actions and going after what you it all starts with conquering the morning.

·      Wake up 2-3 hours before you start doing work for others

·      Delaying checking your phone or computer 1st and last hour of the day

·      Be Proactive and Make your Bed
